Tender: Procurement of Examination Stationery — BISE Malakand (Framework Contract 01-2026)

The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Malakand invites bids under Framework Contract 01-2026 for procurement of examination stationery for a one-year period, extendable up to a maximum of three years as per KPPRA Rule 31A.

Bidding documents are available on the E-PADS portal (www.kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.bisemalakand.edu.pk. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS and on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of Rs 3.00 million (CDR or DD) in favor of Secretary BISE MALAKAND is required; original bid security and other specified documents must be submitted as per the Bid Solicitation Documents. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA rules.
