Pakistan Airports Authority Tender: Procurement of Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) Machines

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids through the PPRA and PAA E-PADS system for procurement of Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) machines for various PAA airports. Bidders must submit electronic bids via the PPA E-PADS portal and comply with tax and documentary requirements. Original bid security must be delivered to the tender address by the submission deadline.

Eligibility & Documentation: Prospective bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (100% tax compliance) and provide valid FBR and GST/NTN certificates. All documentary requirements and bidding conditions are as set out in the bidding documents available on the PPRA & PAA E-PADS portals.

Bid Security & Submission: Electronic submission is required through PAA E-PADS. Original hard copy of bid security must reach the issuing office by the bid submission date and time. Bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must be attached to the online submission as per instructions.

Contract & Warranty: The contract will be awarded subject to satisfactory performance of contract and warranty period as specified in the bidding documents. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids according to PPRA rules.
