Issuer: National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible training institutes/academies to deliver free High-Tech IT training with international certifications under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP) Batch-III.
Program focus: Internationally certified high-tech IT courses to be delivered across Pakistan. Interested NAVTTC-registered institutes and academies are encouraged to apply as Principal / Vendor Partners.

Key eligibility & requirements:
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes/academies will be entertained. Principal / Vendor Partners (academies/institutes) may apply.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- IT institutes and software houses are preferred.
- Provision of CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Institutes that did not perform satisfactorily in international certifications during Batch II will not be entertained.
