Tender document sale, submission and opening details

Tender documents will be sold on written request against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000 per tender in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of Head L&A, CPC (P.O. Box No. 35, D.G. Khan), payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan. Completed quotations must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, marked with the relevant Tender No. (upper left corner), and sent to the Pr. Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, D.G. Khan via Registered Post/UMS or any authorized courier service.

Quotations will be received up to 2026-07-14 at 13:30 hrs and opened the same day at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. In case of closed/forced holidays the next working day will be treated as the opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. The advertisement is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
