- Tender documents will be sold up to 2026-07-13 upon written request, against a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000 per tender. Payment is required in the form of a Call Deposit in favor of Head LCA, CPC (P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan), payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan.

- Completed quotations must be received by 2026-07-14 up to 13:30 hours. Tenders will be opened on 2026-07-14 at 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. If the closing/opening date is a public/forced holiday, the next working day will apply.

- Quotations for each tender must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, marked with the relevant Tender No., and sent to: Pr. Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, D.G. Khan via Registered Post/UMS or any authorized courier service.
