Tender Nos. 31 & 44/2026 — Construction of Masjid and Electrical Workshop in D.G. Khan

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted and security-cleared civil contractors for construction works in Dera Ghazi Khan. Key submission and meeting dates, bid securities and procurement conditions are listed below.

Completion period for both projects: 9 months.

Tender documents are available from the Works Directorate Office, D.G. Khan during working hours (0900–1600 hrs), Monday to Friday, against a fee: Rs. 3,500 for Tender No. 31/2026 and Rs. 5,000 for Tender No. 44/2026. Pre‑bid meeting and bid opening will be held at the Works Directorate Office, D.G. Khan.

Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan as specified in the tender documents. If a bank guarantee is submitted it must have an expiry date at least six months after the bid opening date and be in favour of "Director Finance Works." Bid security must be placed in a separate sealed envelope bearing the name of the work.

Bidders must submit BOQs (one original and two photocopies), write rates in figures and words, and follow all requirements set out in the tender documents. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to verify quoted rates. Incomplete or conditional proposals will be treated as non‑responsive.
