Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan — Invitation to Bid for Desktops & Laptops (T#25/25-26)

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP invites bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized service providers / principals / authorized dealers / distributors / partners / resellers based in Pakistan who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue/Revenue Boards for Income Tax and Sales Tax and are on the Active Taxpayers List.

Purpose: Procurement of computing equipment as detailed below. Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids etc. are available free of cost to interested bidders from the undersigned and can also be downloaded from the government procurement portals listed below.

How to obtain documents & submit bids: Documents are downloadable from https://eprocure.gov.pk or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/. Bids must be submitted ONLY through EPADS or e-procure and should be submitted by 1430 hrs on 2026-07-14. Bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hrs.

Additional notes: Bidding documents include requirements about bid bond/security, bid validity, evaluation criteria and other conditions. In case of technical difficulty in using EPADS, prospective bidders may contact PPRA.
