Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed bids for reclamation and replacement of damaged/irreparable distribution transformers to be delivered free at GEPCO Regional Store, 132 kV Grid Station Shaheenabad, Gujranwala. Registered / pre-qualified firms with proven track record in transformer manufacturing/reclamation and compliance with WAPDA/DISCO specifications may participate.

How to obtain and submit documents: Tender documents are available via E-PADS/PPRA website (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through E-PADS; a manual copy should also be submitted to the office of the undersigned.
Key conditions: Bid validity 120 days from tender opening. Bid Guarantee (CDR) must meet the stated amount and be valid for 150 days, issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Conditional bids or bids without required guarantee will not be accepted. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
