Open Tender Notice No.12/26–14/26 — Dera Ghazi Khan: Bus Body Fabrication, Calcium Chloride, Nitrogen Gas & Cylinder Testing

The Principal Admin Officer (Procurement), P.O. Box No.35, D.G. Khan invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, wholesale dealers or proprietors duly registered with the Sales Tax Department and having independent offices with telephone numbers for the supply and services listed below on FOR D.G. Khan basis.

Tender documents will be sold until 2026-07-13 on written request upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 for each tender. Payment must be made as a Call Deposit in favor of Head LDA, CPC, P.O. Box No.35, Dera Ghazi Khan, payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan.

Quotations must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and sent to the Principal Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No.35, D.G. Khan via Registered Post/UMS or any authorized courier service. Each envelope should be clearly marked with the Tender No. on the upper left corner.

Submission deadline: 2026-07-14 by 13:30 hrs. Tenders will be opened on 2026-07-14 at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. If 2026-07-14 is a closed/forced holiday, opening will be on the next working day.
