Open Tender Notice No. 12/26–14/26 — Dera Ghazi Khan (Supply & Services)

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, wholesale dealers, and proprietors duly registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply and services on FOR D.G. Khan basis. Tender documents and submission details are provided below.

How to obtain tender documents: Documents with detailed specifications will be sold until 2026-07-13 on written request upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000 per tender. Fee must be submitted as a Call Deposit in favor of Head LAA, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan (payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan).

Submission and opening: Quotations must be received by 2026-07-14 up to 13:30 hrs and will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Each tender must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope and sent to the Pr. Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, D.G. Khan via Registered Post/UMS or an authorized courier. Mark the envelope with the relevant Tender No. on the upper left corner.

Notes: If the closing/opening date is a holiday, the next working day will apply. Full advertisement is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
