Power Planning and Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to form a consultant pool of experienced professionals to support power sector planning, development, monitoring and implementation of policies and projects for the Ministry of Energy (Power Division). Selected consultants will be engaged on an as-needed basis across multiple technical, regulatory and advisory domains.
Key consultant domains and scope:

| Design, Standards & Materials Inspection | Develop/update distribution network standards and technical specifications; benchmarking; material testing and inspection; distribution performance & reliability improvement; training & capacity building; technical assessments of AMI, SCADA, EMS and APMS. |
| Renewable Energy Integration & DSM | Integrate DERs (e.g., solar, storage, EVs) into distribution network; grid control, monitoring and operational efficiency; policy & regulatory framework development for energy efficiency and DSM; digital infrastructure for distribution energy management. |
| Policy, Regulatory Affairs & Market Reforms | Develop and update policy, planning and regulatory frameworks; align national electricity policies with international standards; market design, tariff reform and regulatory proceedings support. |
| Economics, Finance & Risk Management | Financial and economic analysis, project financing, PPPs, green/climate financing, risk assessment, tariff/investment studies and cost-benefit analysis. |
| Transmission & Distribution Infrastructure Planning | Transmission and distribution expansion planning, system studies, T&D reinforcements, grid code and planning criteria, technical/economic performance assessments and resilience analysis. |
