Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids (e-bids) from registered/prequalified firms for supply, installation, earthing, testing and commissioning of Automatic Protection & Monitoring Systems (APMS) for Distribution Transformers. Procurement will be conducted through GEPCO’s EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system under Single-Stage Single-Envelope (LCBS) procedure.
Key submission and opening details:
- Registration and submission via EPADS v2.0 is mandatory. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before submission.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-07-10 at 11:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
- Bid validity: 90 days. Bid securities must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
- Bid security must be in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee in the name of Chief Executive Officer GEPCO and uploaded in the technical proposal as specified.
