Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from Registered/Prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOs for supply, installation, testing, earthing and commissioning of APMS Distribution Transformers at GEPCO. Procurement is funded and approved in the Procurement Plan for FY 2026-27. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0.

Key Instructions & Requirements
- Method: Single-Stage Single-Envelope using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with Public Procurement Rules.
- Registration & Submission: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids through the EPADS platform. Registration/submission deadline: 2026-07-10 by 11:00 AM.
- Bid Opening: Electronic bid opening will be held on 2026-07-10 at 11:30 AM.
- Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Bid Guarantee must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
