Tender: Outsourcing of Security Services FY 2026-27 — Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore

Invitation to eligible bidders registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and holding required registrations with relevant authorities and tax departments to submit e-bids for outsourcing security services for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under applicable procurement rules. Bidding documents (detailed specifications and terms) are available on the e-PADS/PPRA/Institute portals.

Submission and key requirements:

- Online e-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-04 at 11:00 AM via the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).

- Original Bid Security together with the prescribed Form of Affidavit (as specified) must be submitted manually to the office of the undersigned in a separate envelope and will be accepted up to 2026-07-04 at 11:30 AM. Bidders may attend the opening in person.

- Bidders are responsible for all costs related to bid preparation and submission. Validity of bids: 180 days from the date of bid opening.

- Further information and clarifications are available from the Contracts Department, Jinnah Hospital, Lahore during working hours. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with applicable Punjab procurement rules and regulations.
