E-Tender: Hiring School Transport Services — Quaid-e-Azam Public H/S School Girls, Sialkot

Quaid-e-Azam Public Higher Secondary School (Girls), Sialkot, operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & Human Resources Department, invites e-bids from financially sound, experienced and income-tax registered firms/transport operators for hiring of transport services for two academic years (2026-27 & 2027-28).

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

• Eligible bidders: financially sound, experienced firms/companies registered with Income Tax authorities.
• Bidding documents, detailed terms and number of required vehicles are available on the Punjab e-Procurement / EPDAS portal. Bids must be submitted online on the portal.
• Procurement will use the Punjab e-procurement acquisition & deposit system (e-PAK/eP-DAS). The original bid security (CDR) must be submitted to the school office before the closing time; otherwise the bid will be technically rejected.
• The procurement will follow the Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure (technical and financial envelopes).
• The procuring / Tendering Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable Punjab procurement rules.
