Pakistan Tobacco Company — Tender for Corporate Rent-A-Car Services (LOI # Y26/ROC/CCRS/05)

Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited invites interested parties to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to provide Corporate Rent-A-Car Services for miscellaneous travelling by employees and guests within and between Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Jhelum, Akora Khattak and major cities of Pakistan.

Required documents and information (to be included with the LOI):

• LOI bearing the specified tender number.
• Interested party's profile and legal status (e.g., Company, Partnership, etc.), plus certificate(s) of incorporation, memorandum and articles, and contact details (telephone, fax, email).
• Letter of intent indicating interest in this project and scope of work offered.
• Profile of the entity with area(s) of expertise and list of clientele mentioning services provided.
• List of professional staff along with CVs and relevant certificates/courses.
• Certificate/affidavit confirming the entity is not blacklisted by any government authority and is not involved in litigation with any government department or the Company.
• List of equipment/vehicles along with relevant reference certificates and vehicle details.
• Copies of NTN, GST, EOBI registration certificates (where applicable).
• Annual income tax returns and audited financial statements for the last three years; bankers’ certificates regarding financial soundness.

Notes and conditions:

• Late LOIs received after 17:00 on 2026-07-14 will not be considered.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any LOI without assigning any reason.
• Shortlisting and issuance of further bidding documents will be subject to evaluation of LOIs and compliance with prerequisites.

Only parties meeting the prerequisites (registered status, relevant corporate experience, valid tax/registration documentation, reliable fleet and staff, and ability to comply with statutory obligations) will be considered for the next stage.
