Eligibility & Registration Requirements: Bidders must be registered on EPADS and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-2026, have active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), active FBR/NTN, and be enlisted with PDA/Provincial Enlistment Committee KP for the current year. The procurement follows the two-envelope procedure under KP-PPRA rules.
