REDAMCO Tender — Exclusive 3-Year Selling Rights for Tetra Pack Milk, Yogurt & Tea/Tea Bags (Islamabad)

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd — REDAMCO (Ministry of Railways, State Owned Enterprise). Purpose: Grant exclusive selling rights on Pakistan Railway network for three (03) years for the listed product categories. Eligible bidders: Firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

Sealed bids (single-stage, single-envelope) must include a Technical and Financial bid and be accompanied by the required bid security and a non-refundable bid processing fee (Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR) of Rs. 20,000 in favor of REDAMCO.

Submission & opening: Sealed bids shall be submitted at REDAMCO’s office by 02:30 PM on 2025-07-08; bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on 2025-07-08 in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Incomplete bids or bids without the specified bid security will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
