LESCO Invitation to Bid No. 4387 — Procurement of Desktop / All-in-One Computers

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO). LESCO invites electronic bids (e-bids) through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOS/NTDC/GENCOs or from registered potential dealing firms/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of Desktop / All-in-One computers.

Delivery: To Consignee's Stores at D.G (IT) 132 KV Ganj Mandi Grid Station, Bank Road. The procurement is financed under LESCO's local funds on FCS basis.

How to obtain documents and submit bids: Bidding documents containing detailed terms, specifications, drawings, procurement method and submission procedure are available on the E-PADs portal and can be downloaded from www.ppra.gov.pk and www.lesco.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted/uploaded via the E-PADs portal. The required original/hard copy of bid bond/guarantee (as specified in the bidding documents) must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312 on or before the stated closing date and time. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the advertised opening date/time.
