E-Tender Notice — Construction of Roads, Streets, Drains & Culverts in Kunjah (Gujrat) — LG&CD Civil Division

Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for 2025-26 and registered on the Punjab e-procurement site for the following construction works in Kunjah, District Gujrat. Bids must be submitted online through the PPRA e-procurement (E-PAD) system. Original CDR (5% of estimated cost) in favour of Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Gujrat must be submitted to the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat half an hour before the tender opening in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee; failure to submit original CDR will disqualify the bidder.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Eligible bidders: Firms/contractors registered with PEC in relevant category/codes and registered on the Punjab e-procurement website.
• Bid submission: Upload bids and documents via E-PAD on the PPRA/Punjab e-procurement portal. Original CDR must be delivered to the Assistant Engineer’s office on the same day, half an hour before opening.
• Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR in favour of Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division, Gujrat).
• Tender opening: All bids will be retrieved and quoted rates / successful bidders announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-06-29 at 01:00 PM.
• Any bidder quoting a rate more than 30% below the estimate must submit a rate analysis to the office before the work order; failure to submit will result in cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money.
• Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per PPRA rules.
