LWMC RFQ: Testing Services Agencies for Candidate Testing – Central Punjab (SPA)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Subha Punjab Authority (SPA). LWMC invites sealed quotations from eligible, registered Testing Service Agencies to conduct written/selection tests for recruitment of candidates for various posts across the Central Region of Punjab (SPA scope of work and eligibility criteria apply). Joint ventures/consortiums are not allowed. Selection will be made on a per-eligibility-criteria and least-fee basis for the shortlisted participating agencies.

Key submission details:

• Submission deadline: 1100 hours on or before 2026-07-01. Documents must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted (within seven days) through registered post or by hand to the address below.
• Required documents: As per eligibility criteria for prospective agencies (documents available on LWMC website: https://www.lwmc.com.pk and from the P&C Department, LWMC).
• Selection process: As per government direction; process to be completed within one month after submission; participating agencies must submit applications as per given date/time.
