LESCO Invitation to Bid for Desktop / All-in-One Computer (Tender No. 4387)

LAHORE ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers or registered dealing firms/vendors for procurement of Desktop / All-in-One Computer(s).

Eligibility: Suppliers/manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs or registered vendors with valid Income Tax & Sales Tax registration for NCB tenders. Supplies may be financed from LESCO local funds or on FCS basis as specified.

How to Apply: Electronic bids must be prepared and submitted via the E-PADs portal. The original signed bid bond/guarantee (as required) must be submitted in hard form to the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the specified opening date/time.

Where to Obtain Documents: Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, procurement procedure, bid security amount and evaluation criteria are available on the E-PADs / e-procure portals and can be downloaded from http://www.ppra.gov.pk and http://www.lesco.gov.pk. Hard copy / clarifications are available from the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO, Lahore up to one day before tender opening.

Consignee / Delivery: Delivery to consignee's stores at D.G. (IT) 132 kV Grid Station, Barki Road (as specified in tender documents).
