Open Tender Notice No. 12/26–14/26 — Tenders for Supply and Fabrication (Dera Ghazi Khan)

Issuer: A public sector organization. Public tenders are invited from reputable firms, stakeholders, wholesale dealers or proprietors duly registered with the Sales Tax department and having independent offices with telephone numbers, for supply/works on FOR D.G. Khan basis.

Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms will be sold on written request against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- per tender in the form of Call Deposit in favor of Head LAO, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan (payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan).

Sale of tender documents: Till 2026-07-13 (by written request with required tender fee).

Submission deadline: Quotations must be received by 2026-07-14 up to 13:30 Hrs. Opening: Tenders will be opened on 2026-07-14 at 14:30 Hrs in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. If the date falls on a closed/forced holiday, opening will be on the next working day.

Submission method: Quotations should be submitted separately in sealed envelopes and sent to Pr. Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post UMS or any authorized courier service. Envelopes should be clearly marked with the Tender No. (upper left corner).

Additional information: Advertisement is available on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
