Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage - Two Envelope basis (PPRA Rule 36(b)) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in relevant category and Project Code CE-10(v) for 2025-26.
Electronic bidding documents, terms and conditions are available on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Bid security must be submitted as Pay Order / CDR in favour of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. Bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the bid security in PDF on E-PADS and provide the original on or before submission of bids to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA.
Submission deadline: Submit bids online through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk on or before 2026-07-10 at 11:30 hrs. Electronic technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the office of Director General Environment, Gate No. 01, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9), Islamabad.
