Tender: Rehabilitation of Iqbal Park — Municipal Committee Jahanian (FY 2025-26)

Issuer: Municipal Committee Jahanian. Municipal Committee invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement EPADS portal for the approved scheme for Rehabilitation of Iqbal Park, Municipal Committee Jahanian for financial year 2025-26 and MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 (period 01-Jan-2026 to 30-Jun-2026).

Eligibility and submission: Registered contractors/firms having a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the relevant category and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) are eligible. Bidders must submit financial bids and complete rates analysis/summary/sub-summary through EPADS. All bids must be complete; incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.

Bid security and originals: A bid security (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory in favour of Municipal Committee Jahanian. Original CDR must be issued by The Bank of Punjab and physically submitted to the Head Clerk (Infrastructure), Municipal Committee Jahanian, one hour before the bid opening on the tender opening date; failure to submit original CDR will disqualify the bidder.

Submission deadline and opening: Electronic bids via EPADS will be accepted up to 14:00 on 2026-07-06. Bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-07-06 at 14:00, in the office of Municipal Committee, Jahanian in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders' representatives (original CDR must have been submitted as above).

Notes and compliance: Current PPRA/ Punjab procurement rules will be strictly enforced. Submission of forged documents (including fake CDR/receipts) will result in blacklisting and disqualification. Recovery against old material and other deductions will be applied as per rules. Earnest money and other conditions as per advertisement.
