Eligibility & Documents: Only pre-qualified contractors of the Bahawalpur Region may bid. Bidders must submit copies of a valid NTN/Income Tax Certificate, a PPRA certificate, and the latest professional tax certificate with their request to purchase tender documents.
Tender Documents & Fee: Tender documents (including detailed terms & conditions) are available from SNGL Regional Office — Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur, on submission of a firm letter with photocopies of the required certificates. Tender document fee: Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable). Earnest money: not less than 2% (excluding taxes).
Submission & Opening: Bids, prepared in accordance with bidding instructions, must reach SNGL Regional Office, Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur on or before 2026-06-23 at 15:00 (closing time). Bids will be publicly opened the same day at 15:30.
