A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stakeholders, wholesale dealers or proprietors duly registered with the Sales Tax Department and having independent offices with telephone numbers for supply/services on FOR D.G. Khan basis. Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms will be sold on written request.

Key dates & submission:

Tender documents available for sale until 2026-07-13 on written request with tender fee. Quotations will be received until 2026-07-14 up to 13:30 hrs and will be opened on 2026-07-14 at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders.

How to purchase documents & fee:

Tender fee: Rs. 1,000/- for each tender (non-refundable) in the shape of Call Deposit in favor of Head LAO, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan payable at any bank in Dera Ghazi Khan. Tender documents sold on written request along with the tender fee.

Submission method:

Send separate quotations for each tender in sealed envelopes to:

Pr. Admin Officer (Proc), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post/UMS or any authorized courier/outlet. Mark the envelope with the Tender No. on the upper left corner. In case of closed/forced holidays, opening will be moved to the next working day.
