CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Construction of Government Officers' Residences & Infrastructure in Diplomatic Enclave, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b) from reputable firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration in relevant categories and Project Codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10, CE-12, CE-04, EE-06, EE-07, ME-02 and ME-03 for the year 2026-27.

How to apply / submit bids: Electronic Bidding Documents, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the E-PADS portal at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The scanned copy of Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF. The original Bid Security (Pay Order / CDR in favor of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA) must be provided before or on submission of the bid to the Office of Director (PC&A-I), CDA.

Deadline & opening: Submit bids online on or before 2026-07-16 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' authorized representatives at the Office of Director (PC&A), Room No. 209, Block II, PC&WC Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
