National Highway Authority (Central Zone) re-invites e-Bids for balance periodic maintenance (structural overlay) work at risk & cost of the defaulted contractor.

Important dates & procurement: Bidding documents available for free download from 2026-06-30. Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelope. e-Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-07-09 by 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours.

Eligibility: Eligible constructors registered with the Income Tax Department and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, holding a valid PEC license for Financial Year 2025-26 in the required category and specialization.

Submission & registration: Bidders must submit e-Bids as per bidding document instructions. Firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately. Manual (hard-copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
