Issuer: National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL). NPPMCL invites applications from experienced, highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Company’s power generation operations, strategy and corporate governance.
Role overview: The CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction, drive operational performance and maintenance of power plants, introduce and implement innovative and efficiency measures, ensure regulatory and stakeholder compliance, manage relationships with government and development partners, oversee financial, commercial and contractual matters, and implement HR and corporate governance strategies.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

| Graduate / professional degree | Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance / Commerce / Marketing / Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or professional accounting qualification. |
| Experience | Demonstrated senior management / sector management experience of not less than ten (10) years, with proven leadership in energy, power or related commercial organisations. |
Other requirements and terms: Candidates must meet Fit and Proper Criteria under the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act. Appointment will be on a performance-based contract for an initial term of three (03) years, extendable at the discretion of the Board. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
