National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the company’s power generation operations, drive strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance, manage stakeholder relations, and deliver operational, financial and safety performance in line with the Board’s guidance.

| Key Responsibilities (summary) | Lead management of power generation operations; strategic leadership and implementation of business plans aligned with government energy policies; ensure regulatory and safety compliance; risk management; oversee financial, operational and legal matters; represent Company with stakeholders and regulators; develop HR and corporate governance. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized institute in one of: Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics) registered with Pakistan Engineering Council; or equivalent; or membership of a recognized body of professional accountants. |
| Minimum Experience | Demonstrated senior management experience of not less than ten (10) years, including leadership at CEO/Head level or senior roles in organizations with commercial/operational attributes. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age: 58 years on the closing date of application |
| Remuneration | Market-based remuneration and fringe benefits commensurate with qualifications, experience and skills |
