National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications for the senior executive role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Director Operations & Construction (Dir O&C) on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years. The COO/Dir O&C will lead operational coordination, performance monitoring, project execution and oversee the Construction Directorate.

| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership positions (e.g., COO, CFO, Director Operations, General Manager). |
| Key Responsibilities | Operational oversight and coordination of NPF businesses; implementation of strategic plans; oversight of Construction Directorate; financial management; performance monitoring; resource optimization and cost control; business growth and revenue enhancement initiatives. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 45 years as on 2026-06-20. |
