National Archives of Pakistan (Attach Department) invites proposals for consultancy services to engage an engineering/architectural firm for evaluation of BOQs, museum curation, construction supervision and validation of completed works related to NAP buildings in Islamabad and Karachi (Ref: PP-55256). Funds are reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget.
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal and follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope (QCBS) procurement procedure. Bids must include bid security as prescribed; tender documents and e-bidding instructions are available on EPADS. Proposals must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by 2026-07-28 12:00 PM (opening at 12:30 PM same day). Manual submissions will not be entertained.
