NGCP Tender CE-AM-NGC-MM-06-2025-26 – Electrical Welding & Anti-Rust Painting for 500kV Multan–Muzaffargarh-II Line

Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGCP). Tender No: CE-AM-NGC-MM-06-2025-26. NGCP invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) from eligible firms for supply/works related to the Multan–Muzaffargarh-II 500kV transmission line.

Eligibility: Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to bid. Bidders must be eligible as defined under IB-3 Instructions to Bidders of the Bidding Documents.

Bid Security: PKR 60,000.00 in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favour of "Chief Engineer WAPDA NTDC". The bid security and bids must comply with the tender conditions.

Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted through E-PAQS/EPADS on or before 2026-06-30 at 13:00 HRS. Original bid security must also be submitted before the bid closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 13:30 HRS in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Validity: Employer will keep the Employer valid for a period up to 28 days beyond the bid validity date as stated in the bidding documents.
