Pakistan Railways Public Auction — 12.21 Kanal Railway Land for Parking at Sialkot Station (Auction 2026-07-06)

Office of the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division invites open public bids for the lease of a railway land site for use as a parking stand at Sialkot Railway Station. Bidding will be conducted by open public auction on 2026-07-06 at 10:00 AM at Sialkot Railway Station.

How to participate / key conditions

- Bidding will be open public bidding at the stated venue and time.

- Each participant must deposit a refundable Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 10,000 and a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 2,000 with the Auction Committee at least one hour before the start of bidding.

- Bid security of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded as per auction terms; the successful bidder's security will be adjusted against payable amounts.

- Government employees, Railway employees and persons with pending court cases are not eligible to participate.

- Detailed terms, conditions and completion of auction formalities are available from the Deputy Director, Property & Land for the Divisional Superintendent, Lahore.
