Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office Sialkot invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for disposal of scrap / residual material generated from dismantling and destruction of confiscated machinery, equipment and raw material. Disposal will be conducted via open e-auction on EPADS v2.0. Eligible bidders must register on EPADS, submit required earnest money/bid security and comply with applicable rules, taxes and documentation (including Active Taxpayers List requirements and NTN/STRN where applicable).

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Bidding will be conducted only through EPADS v2.0; offline/physical bids will not be accepted.
- Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet eligibility requirements; earnest money / bid security must be deposited as specified for each lot.
- Applicable taxes and duties will be recoverable; successful bidders must comply with payment and removal schedule as per auction terms.
- The auction and pre-qualification will follow Federal Board of Revenue rules and the Public Procurement/E-Auction regulations.
