- The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any bid, postpone or cancel the auction, and to assign or reassign any lot without assigning any reason.
- The successful bidder must deposit the prescribed amount and complete all formalities within the period specified by the Horticulture Agency, Sialkot; failure may result in forfeiture or treatment of the Earnest Money/CDR as per rules.
- Bidders blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government department or otherwise declared ineligible under applicable rules are not allowed to participate.
