PIDCL Invitation to Bid — Multiple Water, Roads and Solarization Works in Hyderabad (e-PADs)

Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the e-PADs (single-stage, two-envelope) procurement platform for multiple civil works packages in Hyderabad. Eligible contractors registered with PEC in the appropriate category and with relevant specialized field codes, and valid tax registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, may submit bids online via the e-procurement portal.

Bidding is through the e-PADs system. Bid security amounts and estimated costs for each package are shown below. Complete tender documents, submission instructions, payment procedures and other eligibility requirements are available on the e-procure portal; bidders must download documents and submit bids electronically as specified. Originals of certain documents and bid securities must be submitted to PIDCL as required in the tender documents.

How to apply and obtain tender documents: download and submit bids electronically via the e-procure/e-PADs portal (eprocure.gov.pk). A non-refundable fee for bidding documents is payable to Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited in shape of Pay Order/Call Deposit, as specified in the tender documents. Bid securities must be provided in the form and amount indicated above.
