PPMC EOI: Consultant Pool for Power Planning, Renewable Integration & T&D Planning

Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC), the technical and policy support arm of the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to form a Consultant Pool for assignments across design, standards, material inspection, renewable energy integration, digital infrastructure, policy and regulatory affairs, economics/finance/risk management, and transmission & distribution (T&D) planning.

Selected consultants will be engaged on an as-needed basis to support PPMC in planning, policy development, technical advisory roles, training, system studies, project preparation, regulatory work, and capacity building. Engagements are time-bound and consultants will be paid on a fixed per-day basis.

Key areas of expertise requested include:

• Design, standards and material inspection for distribution network reliability and technical compliance
• Renewable energy integration, distributed energy resources (DERs) and Demand-Side Management (DSM) with digital/SCADA/EMS/APMS
• Policy, regulatory affairs and market reforms; electricity market frameworks and tariff/regulatory support
• Economics, finance and risk management, PPPs, project finance, and financial analysis
• T&D expansion, planning studies, dynamic studies, stability and contingency analyses, and technical performance assessment
