Issuer: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). PPL invites bids for supply, services and pre-qualification packages. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Bids must be submitted online through PPL's e-procurement portal (https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk). Bidders who have already submitted proposals may withdraw and resubmit before the revised closing dates. All bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time stated for each tender.
