Tender: Procurement for Strengthening Points of Entry & Border Health Services — Ambulances, Scanners, RO Plants, Testing Equipment, Solar Systems

Government of Pakistan — Border Health Services (Project: Strengthening of Points of Entry & Border Health Services – Pakistan) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers and distributors for procurement of equipment and services under the PSDP project.

Eligibility: Open to eligible manufacturers, importers, authorized dealers and distributors. Procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 36(b)) and other provisions of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Submission instructions: Bids must be submitted through ePADS and also delivered in hard form to the office of the Project Director, Border Health Services – Pakistan, Block No. 47, Pak Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi. Hard submissions are accepted on the respective bid submission date up to 01:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently after technical evaluation.

Bid documents containing detailed scope, terms and conditions and the list of required documents are available on ePADS and the PPRA website. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Procurement is subject to availability and release of PSDP funds for financial year 2026-27.
