WASA Gujranwala Tender — Supply of RCC/RPC Manhole Covers & Rings

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Gujranwala invites bids from registered Contractors/Firms/Companies duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA for supply of manhole covers and rings under the relevant category for fiscal years 2025-26 & 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through the e-PADs system of the Punjab Procurement Authority (PPRA) in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024.

Eligibility & submission: Only contractors/firms/companies registered with PEC and PPRA may bid. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADs. The bid security of 5% of the estimated amount must be uploaded in the e-PADs in the prescribed form (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque). A hard copy of the bid security and the original documents must also be submitted to WASA Head Office (X-Block, Peoples Colony, Gujranwala) before the opening time, otherwise the bid will be rejected.

Other important points: Bids received after the deadline or submitted through other than e-PADs will not be considered. The procuring agency may accept or reject bids as per PPRA Rules. Bid validity: 60 days. Full procurement will follow PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
