WASA Gujranwala Tender — Supply of RCC Manhole Covers & Rings (Estimated Rs.28.81M)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Gujranwala invites e-bids from registered contractors/firms/companies registered with the Punjab Engineering Council and with PPRA for supply of RCC/RPC manhole covers and rings for WASA Gujranwala. Bidding will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADs) only in accordance with PPRA Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations.

Bid Security & originals: Upload soft copy of bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order/Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque) equal to 5% of the estimated amount on e-PADs. The original instrument must be delivered to WASA Head Office X-Block, Peoples Colony, Gujranwala, before bid opening, otherwise the bid will be rejected.

Key conditions: Single-stage single-envelope procedure will be adopted. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Bids must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Procuring agency may reject all bids. Bid validity 60 days. If the submission/opening date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered.
