Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed bids from reputable authorized dealers, contractors or firms registered with FBR/PRA (GST/PST) and holding a National Tax Number (NTN) for provision, hiring and installation of CCTV cameras and other security equipment on rent basis for the financial year 2025-26. Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Rules-2014 (amended) on a SINGLE STAGE TWO ENVELOPES BASIS.

Key procurement information
- Tender documents, qualification criteria and specifications are available for perusal on the PPRA/e-procurement portal and may be purchased from the office of the ADC (F&P) during office hours.
- Tender document purchase: payment of Rs. 2,000 in cash on written application on company letterhead with copy of CNIC.
- Bid security / performance: Financial proposal must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee equal to 5% of the bid; successful bidder will also deposit performance security of 5% in the shape of a Bank Guarantee.
- Submission: Sealed bids must be submitted by 2026-06-29 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day (technical opening at 11:00 AM and financial opening at 12:00 Noon) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the submission day is a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. All applicable government taxes will apply.
