| Main Responsibilities | Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets in account opening, deposits and consumer financing; conduct customer/market visits for new & existing customers; achieve deposit targets and manage deposit portfolio; manage liability portfolio and understand customer behavior; monitor attrition risks and take corrective actions; support cross-sell of bank products (conventional & Islamic); resolve customer queries; ensure service quality and adherence to Bank SOPs, TAT and compliance; participate in customer contact drives, market activities and portfolio reporting. |
