National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of HR Officer (OG-III / OG-II) in its Human Resource Management function. The role supports HR business-as-usual activities, HR initiatives and stakeholder coordination.

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Candidates with Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Public Administration or HR-related professional certification are preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 01 year of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking. |
| Skills & Expertise | Good communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player; service oriented; knowledge of MS Office applications; understanding of HR functions. |
| Main Duties / Responsibilities | Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships; support the team in HR BAU activities; assist in implementation of HR initiatives and projects; respond to HR queries and requests; maintain HR databases and prepare reports as required; keep abreast of modern HR practices and market trends; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. |
