| Educational / Professional Qualification |
Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute. Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certification. |
| Experience | Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking. |
| Skills & Expertise |
Good communication / interpersonal skills; effective team player; service oriented; knowledge of MS Office applications; understanding of HR functions. |
| Main Duties / Responsibilities |
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen HR relationships; provide support for HR-related BAU activities; assist in implementation of HR initiatives/projects; respond to HR queries; maintain HR database and prepare reports; keep abreast of HR practices and market trends; perform other responsibilities as assigned. |
| Employment Type & Terms |
Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank policy. |
