e-Bids Invited: Repair of Transformers & Construction of Masjid — LGR&DD Tehsil Tangai, Charsadda

The Assistant Director LGR&DD, Tehsil Tangai (District Charsadda) invites sealed e-tenders through EPADS for the following works on a single-stage single-envelope basis from eligible government contractors registered with PEC and, where specified, PESCO. Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS portal (www.portalpk.epproc.gov.pk) after publication of the NIT. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS; original bid security and required documents must be deposited/submitted as described below.

Important instructions and eligibility:

• Bidding documents must be downloaded from www.portalpk.epproc.gov.pk. Documents must be filled neatly and a clear scanned copy uploaded via EPADS. Cutting and overwriting are not acceptable.
• For Work No.01 only PESCO-registered contractors/firms are eligible to apply.
• PEC registration requirements: Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) codes CE01, CE02 & EE05 (for Work No.01). For Work No.02 PEC codes CE09 & CE10 are required. Inspectorate of Electricity / Energy & Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa license in Category “C” or “E” is required for Work No.01 (as applicable).
• Bid security (CDR) at 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the shape of call deposit in favor of Assistant Director LGR&DD Tehsil Tangai. Original bid security and additional security (if applicable) must be submitted to the Assistant Director LGR&DD Tehsil Tangai located in Old PEF College Building, Chungi No.1 near tanga bazar, Tehsil Tangai, District Charsadda before the bid closing time.
• Details of previously entered CDRs (if any) in EPADS should be submitted through a registered courier to the Assistant Director LGR&DD Tehsil Tangai before closing time of bids.
