• Tender fee: Rs. 1,000 per tender (non-refundable) in the form of Call Deposit in favor of Head LAO, CPC, P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan; payable at any bank of Dera Ghazi Khan.
• Submission deadline (quotations received until): 2026-07-14 by 13:30 hrs. Opening: 2026-07-14 at 14:30 hrs in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
• Submission method: Each tender must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope sent to the Principal Admin Officer (Proc.), P.O. Box No. 35, Dera Ghazi Khan via Registered Post/UMS or authorized courier services. The envelope should be clearly marked with the Tender No. (on the upper left corner).
• If tender opening falls on a closed/forced holiday, the opening will be held on the next working day.
