Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division Auction Notice — Vending Stalls, Restaurants, Car Parking, Coolie & Toilet Contracts (27 June 2026)

Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites applications for allotment of vending stalls, restaurants, car parking, toilet and coolie contracts at various stations under usual terms and conditions. Auction will be held at Rawalpindi on 27 June 2026. Issuing office: Divisional Commercial Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi (Dr. Abida Mariam Lodhi).

What is on offer: Vending stalls, restaurant units, toilets, coolie contracts and car parking contracts at multiple stations in Rawalpindi Division (including Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Taxila, Haripur, Gujar Khan, Jhelum, Malakwal, Sargodha, Khushab and others).

Application fees (non-refundable) and form availability:

• Platform, Restaurant & Coolie contract application forms: Rs. 5,000
• Vending stalls application forms: Rs. 3,000
• Car parking application forms: Rs. 10,000

Forms available until one day before the auction for Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Taxila & Haripur. For other stations, forms may be obtained up to the day of auction (up to 10:00 Hours).

Contract durations (as published):

• Stalls & Restaurants: 3 + 2 years
• Coolie contract: 1 + 1 year
• Car parking: 1 year

Bid security / CDR requirement: Each participant must provide a separate CDR in the name of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi (or deposit through MR/SS/RWP) equal to the required percentage of the fixed benchmark before participating. CDR of successful bidders will be retained by the auction committee; CDRs of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as per procedure.
